Where does our water come from?

From your tap to your bottle, in five steps

You asked, so here is exactly how it is made, right here in our filtration room on Lyons Ave.

Santa Clarita city water comes in

The same municipal water that reaches your home. It is safe, but can carry chlorine taste, hardness and dissolved solids.

Pre-filters catch the rest

Sediment and carbon filtration take out grit, chlorine taste and odor before the main membrane.

Reverse osmosis purifies it

Water is pushed through a membrane so fine it removes most total dissolved solids (TDS). This is our purified water.

Minerals go back in

For alkaline water, minerals such as calcium and magnesium are added back, bringing the pH to 8.5–9.5.

How much does Thursday delivery cost?
$20 covers up to four 5-gallon refills, then each extra refill is $5. The delivery fee is $10 within 1 mile of the store ($30 minimum order) or $15 within 5 miles ($35 minimum order), and new customers do not pay the fee on their first delivery. Orders placed by Wednesday go out on Thursday.
Do you refill my own water bottles?
Yes. Bring any clean 1, 3, or 5 gallon bottle and we will refill it with alkaline or purified water while you wait. We also clean bottles and sell new ones in our shop if yours is due for retirement.
Do I need my own bottles for delivery?
Yes. We refill the bottles you own and bring the same bottles back, so there are no swaps or deposits. If you need bottles, new 5-gallon bottles are $17.50 each and yours to keep.
Do you deliver water in Santa Clarita?
Yes, every Thursday. We deliver alkaline and purified water refills across Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall, and Stevenson Ranch. Sign up for Thursday delivery here and your bottles join the route.
Where does your water come from?
It starts as Santa Clarita municipal water, then runs through a 22-stage filtration process with reverse osmosis and remineralization, finishing at a pH between 8.5 and 9.5. The full disclosure is on Our Water & Our Process.

We check pH by appointment so Ricardo can run the test with you and explain the reading. Book a free pH check. Our own water is tested for pH and TDS every single day we are open. You can also look up what is in Santa Clarita tap water in the EWG Tap Water Database or your SCV Water quality report.
